myhomefone™ is an nbn™ alternative, cordless home phone which doesn’t require an nbn™ connection.

Yes you can. myhomefone™ is a home phone that runs on the Telstra 3G cellular network. As long as your home has the service provider’s network coverage, your myhomefone™ will work like any other home phone.

Because myhomefone™ runs on the Telstra 3G cellular network, there is no installation necessary. Simply plug in your phone and charge it then call our service centre to transfer your landline number to your new myhomefone™.

Yes you can. Simply call our service centre, tell them that you would like to keep your old home phone number and they will do the rest. Note: transferring your old home phone number to myhomefone™ will take up to 7 days.

myhomefone™ is the low cost alternative to nbn™ based phone services. Our pricing includes all calls to Australian local, national and mobile phones and 300 minutes of international calling. Please click here to see our current pricing.

We have a minimum 90 day period once myhomefone™ has been delivered. If you no longer wish to use the myhomefone™ service at any stage after the minimum period simply give us 60 days written notice.
